Castle

During LineCon, Santa's castle could only be seen at a distance from the castle approach area.

Once the doors were flung open, we finally got our chance to explore. Here's a not-to-scale map for a general idea of the layout:

KringleCon conference talks can be viewed in the rooms numbered 1-7, and each of the other areas contain one or more challenges, except for the mysterious "old section" room off the West Wing. This is the only room that is depicted with a flat image rather than 3d game elements (although the posts and Santa's sleigh in the image are curiously overlayed with 3d objects). Some have speculated that the tree shaped door at the far end of the room will open up for the closing ceremonies.
